Midger's Yucca (Recipe by FlyRodder)
There were many other culinary delights enjoyed at the Summit that were not photographed. Examples were Agrontrutta's Reduced Salt Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies, Bowhunter's 3-Eggs Omelet and the Chief's Octopus in Garlic Sauce.

Hats off to the Director of Culinary Affairs!
"If you didn't get enough to eat its your own damn fault" Bowhunter, BWS 2006.
I'm not sure who ate more, the pro-staffers or the fish. There were so many different flies on the water that the fish had a heck of a smorgasbord.
My hats off to chief and Bunyan for their contributions
A man sure can get a hankerin' for s'more buffler from looking at them thar pictures. Who was the lucky Pro Staffer who got the liver?
All those dishes look like winners to me!
Some mighty fine grub was dined on and enjoyed - Thanks to all!
