The RBF Pro Staff is proud to announce the promotion of Midger to Second in Charge. Midger will act as Chief of Operations in the absence of RBF. In honor of his dubious promotion, the RBF Pro Staff selected "Yucca" as its Official Cocktail.
A better choice could not have been made. I had the distinct honor of informing midger of his new title on Friday night. We then proceeded to hammer the fish until 10PM. My congratulation goes out to our new second in charge...
That's Midger??? I thought it was George Daniel when I saw the shot for the first time. I guess I'm so use to seeing the "other" shot of Midger on this site that it kinda through me off. Anywhoo, he's gonna be real easy to spot from a distance if he wears that yellow shirt at future Summits.
Id just like to thank the academy, its an honor just to be nominated.....The yellow shirt was for good mojo. There were tales of a great and surly polomino in the nearby waters that had escaped at least one other prostaffer on this trip. "Yellow shirt for Yellow fish" was my battle cry, but alas, the fish tore my 5x when he ran into a tangled mess of roots and detritus, and not even a 10 word expletive string (marvelously crafted if I might add) could bring hinm back.
One cannot mention Midger and George Daniel in the same space. They are leagues apart. I'll let you decide what league each is in. Hint - one is on a Pro Staff and the other failed miserably in New Zealand.
Jeez, what a difference a year makes....It hardly looks like the same man from last year. The yellow shirt makes you seem even more alert an one your toes....as opposed to last year. Congrats, the Yucca was a very fitting libation as the selection.
